That means that for less than the cost of a single survey from most other organisations you have the unique benefits of our service: 1) An evenings and weekends helpline; 2) Unlimited use of all our surveys - including the flexibility of writing your own or asking us to do it for you (no added charge); 3) Instant log-in using QR codes; 4) Some surveys available on paper if respondents prefer it - and we will key the paper copies in for you; 5) Reports contain development advice - never be stuck on what to do; 6) Surveys are normed with very large norm groups.

Are the surveys easy to set up and use?

Yes. There are standard surveys (pre-written) that you can set up and run in seconds. These are ‘normed’ against other, similar schools, so you instantly know how your results compare.

Are the surveys on-line or on paper?

The surveys are on-line. You get a password from us and you can do the survey immediately. If parents or governors want a paper copy (if they haven’t a PC/MAC, for example), we will let you have copies. And we’ll key those in for you - you simply send them to us.

Can we write our own survey?

Yes. You can write unlimited surveys of up to 25 questions each. If you know the topic, we can supply questions. Just call us and we can set it up straight away for you.

How quickly do we get a report?

Straight away after the survey is closed - usually you’ll have your report the same day.

What if we only want to buy a single survey?

We can do that too. Although nearly all our customers buy the annual licence because it’s such a bargain, we do understand that some schools may only require a sigle survey. Please contact us to arrange this at a price of £199 plus VAT
